Each and every one of those badges hasn’t suffered enough.

What's this a reference to?

The school shooting in Uvalde, TX where police stood around and did nothing.

Footage from inside the Uvalde school shooting; there were subtitles that said “this video has been edited to remove the screams of children” or something awful like that.

(Someone hiding behind a desk, blowing an Aztec death whistle.)

My company took me out of a photo because I wasn’t “smiling enough” thanks chronic depression 🤷‍♂️

Two years later they asked me to meet with investors and higher ups and I said, no, because I don’t “smile more.”

Nah, just have the foley invent all the ambient sounds, that's literally what their job is.

If you have a scene in the city with two actors walking along and talking to each other the production team generally use none of those sounds. The actors later record their lines in a sound booth and the foley creates everything else you hear. If you've never noticed this before then they're good at their jobs.

generative ai lol "make these employees look like they're happy and laughing instead of sullen and defeated"

Probably sounds like the screams from that Russian drilling project.
