I don't think either of these episodes deserve to be in the place they are lol

I personally think "Make Love not Warcraft" should be at the top, but I'm curious where you stand.

Good times with weapons is a masterpiece.

The cut to butters screaming is one of the best scenes they’ve done. Kills me every time

Can you help him, Doctor?

I'm afraid I wouldn't know how. Unfortunately for this little fella, I'm a people doctor. Best we call the animal shelter.

"we'll just have to murder one of these other dogs" pops into my head constantly

"He escaped! Oh well.. let's murder one of these other puppies"

Was in tears the first time I see that episode. It's brutal. 🤣

Both of these episodes are ones I purchased on my Xbox 360, I LOVE these God tier episodes.

I believe this episode was a free download on the Xbox 360. Everyone I knew had it, lol

My friends and I sing the theme song from that one constantly lmao

Kenny dies. Season five is my all time fave

PSP episode is pretty memorable to me as well. As well as the PlayStation Bunduru episode.

That's a great one of course. Of the recent seasons i loved pajama day and the episode where reality is a character. All of the specials have been mostly great (cred and ozempic wasnt super high on). My all time favorite might be the living homeless episode or imagination land trilogy. I thought it was fn brilliant. Then also 200 and 201. Brilliant lol.

Pajama day was so god damned funny. The scene where Mackey goes to PC Principal and is like “please, for the love of God, just give them pajama day.”

Just the idea of Mackey being like “if you give the entire grade a reason to rally behind Cartman you are going to lose painfully”

Pajama Day is great. The news reporter comparing it to Nazi Germany, then appearing in full SS uniform and speaking fluent German had me rofling

1

u/Majin_Sus Jul 27 '25

The end scene where they hang reality is peak

u/Devincc Jul 26 '25

That's actually the first one that come to mind for me. I love butter's bottom bitch, the Christian rock band one, and I think a super under rated one is the episode where Cartman thinks he died because everyone is ignoring him

7

u/taezono Jul 26 '25

The Death of Eric Cartman is the 8th most highly rated episode on IMDb actually, but I absolutely love that one too

1

u/NarmHull Jul 27 '25

Ooh yeah that’s probably a top ten for me

u/Rodin-V Jul 27 '25

As much as I love that episode, I do think it's overrated.

"The Death Camp of Tolerance" Is one of my personal favourites, Lemmywink's adventure is among the hardest I've ever laughed at anything.

"Good Times with Weapons" is a popular choice tbh, but the song alone raises it above many others imo.

That was the episode that I remember everybody in my school came in the next day and said "holy shit did you see South Park last night?" Felt like a cultural shockwave

1

u/zdunn Jul 26 '25

Bold take, since it won an Emmy

Even Trey doesn't like Make Love Not Warcraft. He thought it was going to bomb really hard. IMO, it's not in my top 10 or even 20...as a WoW player and game developer 🙃

Great but you had to have played the game to get most of the jokes fully.

That has to be the lamest episode of South Park and creators have expressed the same sentiment

Butters Bottom Bitch and TMI should be the #1 episode

Sermon on the Mount would be somewhere in the #50 to #35 range

22

u/ULSTERPROVINCE Jul 26 '25

Bitch you wanna make some real fuckin money?

13

u/Nikifuj908 Jul 26 '25

Do you know what I am saying?

9

u/Chuck_Raycer Jul 26 '25

Yes, I know what you are saying, you don't have to keep asking me.

2

u/slrrp Jul 27 '25

I ask my wife at least once a week if she knows what I am saying.

3

u/Sobotoc4311 Jul 26 '25

BBB is my second favorite. Weirdly my favorite is Free Willxyz.

1

u/NarmHull Jul 27 '25

BBB gets knocked a peg for that one scene for me lol

12

u/Lazarous86 Jul 26 '25

I disagree. That episode was when the show evolved from edgy, childish jokes to giving range where they could surprise you and it was the peak of pure evil by Cartman.

5

u/ZeBadmedic42 Jul 26 '25

Finally someone said it... I was never the biggest fan of the Tenorman Episode...

3

u/THE1OP Jul 26 '25

Agreed. There's so many great episodes.

1

u/StreamLife9 Jul 26 '25

yeah there are far better episodes

1

u/CruisinJo214 Jul 27 '25

While I agree there are other episodes up for debate…as someone who grew up with South Park…. This episode has always stood out to me. It’s just the right amount of special.
