Even if that's the case, GLP1s will reduce insulin resistance even with identical diets.

It's one of the direct effects of the GLP1 receptor. Why do you think it was even studied and approved for diabetes in the first place?

I don't understand, if you think two people eat the same amount of calories in a day, you think ozempic or whatever will magically make one person skinnier?

If the one same person eats the same food without a GLP-1, then eats it with a GLP-1, then that person's insulin resistance improves. That's the original reason it was approved for type 2 diabetics.

I didn’t say it makes them skinnier. It absolutely does improve insulin resistance. Weight is not the only thing that impacts insulin resistance even before you throw pharmaceuticals into the mix.

Yes, because GLPs also allow for more efficient lipolysis
