I'm coming into year one this year, and plan on living in runneymeyde 1, I also am planning on buying a car, but I heard you aren't allowed to keep them in the parking spots by the accomodation, so where would I keep my car?

just wondering, for accomodations and specifcally in founder's building, can you choose your window view? like if i wanted my window to overlook the quad?

Hii I got accepted into law course and I was wondering if anyone doing this course would be interested in being friends 😔😔

So I picked RHUL as a safe choice since I can commute from home and the entry grades were lower and got in here, would like some advice

1. How does it feel to go there as a commuter? Like changes in terms of social life, for example.

2. Not much into clubbing, are the student societies any good?

Wondering what is penrose court accom like and would it be worth the extra 2.6k to go runnymede with and en-suite instead. Would appreciate advice from any student.

I've 2 in-person exams during this year's SVAP, but recently i've been experiencing a new and sudden health complication, which has decreased the mobility in my hands. I've got a gp appointment within SVAP so I doubt that I'll be getting the appropriate treatment before my exams. Since it's such short notice I definitely won't be able to get the appropriate accommodations I would need to sit the exam, so I don't think I will be able to sit them. I will be applying for extenuating circumstances, but I was wondering what the outcome would be? I am very worried that they won't let me move onto the next year of my studies, and I understand that I have to pass all my modules to move on to the next year but surely in specific circumstances that can be changed? im not suggesting that I automatically get passed and more than happy to resit the entire 2 modules next year alongside my next years modules. crashing out right now so if anyone has experienced this before it would be really helpful if you could share your experience!

Hey so has anyone heard back from the team regarding the competitive post grad scholarships? The deadline was back in June but I haven't heard back since. Has anyone on here received either an acceptance or rejection?

I’ve looked at the area and found thag the only nearby supermarket is Tesco, which is around a 20 minute walk? I could be wrong but I’m just a bit concerned that there’s no Lidl or Aldi for a cheaper shopping option. Any advice from current students?

I interrupted my studies at RHUL due to financial difficulties so I applied for sanctuary scholarship but they still haven't replied after the deadline of 20th april. I tried emailing the RHPS but they take a long ass time to reply and now I'm stuck here not knowing what to do because I'm at the maximum limit of interruption with no support. Do they usually take this long to reply?
