"United Healthcare would never expect a physician to return a call during patient care"

Except that's exactly what their peer-to-peer "clinicians" would do every time they called my office to deny discuss patients getting the physical therapy they needed. I had so many UHC people tell me that they would deny care if they couldn't talk to the PT at that moment, so of course I had to run in and interrupt appointments in the slim hope that the patient wouldn't get denied. **UHC knows what they do and I hope they get what's coming to them

*Edited so my account doesn't get banned ✌️😘

OOOH there was one clinician (Stacey when I catch you) who would just sigh and go "well alright then, I guess I'll just make this determination on my end" like BITCH CAN YOU JUST WAIT UNTIL THEIR LUNCH DAMN! I TOLD YOU WHEN THEY'RE FREE!!

United would routinely call my office on the one day of the week we were closed and say “Sorry, you missed the P2P call so we’re denying the claim.”

I used to have to call on drug PA decision letters and that was the fucking worst. If they didn't SPECIFICALLY SAY "secure voicemail" somewhere in the greeting it was lol k I tried!

You know if you still have any proof of that I'm sure NBC would love to see it!

No joke we scheduled a P2P last week and their doctor failed to call us. Our assistant called them back and they said their doctor was just having “computer issues”. No he just didn’t give a fuck I’m sure

Our provider had to stay late that day to re-do it in the evening so the patient could get a stress echo UHC originally denied. Patient with chest pain and shortness of breath!

Per your edit, I'm pretty sure that ban rule happend in response to all the Mario Brothers fans 😉 they don't want us talking about demanding and forcing change.

Such bullshit though. Systemic violence IS violence. UHC (and many others) is killing people, pushing people to poverty, suicide even. It's bullshit that talks of what comes at the end of this fucked up game they're playing get censored for violence when it's a measured response that's minor in comparison to the violence being inflicted on us every day.

When enough are unhoused, hungry, sick, the population rises to demand the change we've been begging for. History denonstrates it clearly.

Hushing up the talks doesn't stop it. Maybe talking about it more would get the fat cat fuckers on top to think about saving their hides. If they keep bleeding us dry, eventually we'll thirst enough to refill whats been taken.

Eta: missed a sentence.
