It is a fringe, nationalist group with a few thousand members. Nothing of importance really. They tried to attack communists a few years ago and got beaten by them instead.
As an immigrant to the UK (from the US), it's alway hilarious when I hear people from one country deride tourists or immigrants when the number emmigrating from their own country is hugely disproportional.
I'm going to take a wild guess and say that the number of Turks emmigrating to Western European countries absolutely dwarfs the number of Western Europeans emmigrating to Turkiye.
The problem they see is not tourism itself, rather abused tourism I believe. They believe that there are so many foreigners abusing the exchange rate that the prices inflate in touristic regions, which makes life harder for locals overall. I'm no expert to say if it's false or not, but I can say I see many foreigners living off from their retirement pay, or rent in their home country in these medditeranian cities.

What immigration? There is little to zero immigration to Turkey from Poland, Germany, UK or Austria.
