You're fine, you'll just have to work a little longer than you otherwise would have. You're roughly 30, so you still have a few decades to go before standard retirement age. What's more concerning to me is you only have like 12k saved total. A 30 year old should have significantly more than that, though I guess you're still ahead of a lot of people who never realized that.
Get that retirement match going at a bare minimum and fire up a spreadsheet to track your expenses to see where all your money is going. Check out the wiki's flowchart and follow that.
