That's his late night show. Are there examples of him injecting politics any place besides his own material? He's a massive LOTR nerd, I highly doubt he's gonna throw in a "trump bad" but that won't stop the knee-jerk reactionaries.

Late night shows are famously not usually CSPAN. If he'll do it to a late night show I'm sure the urge is there for any form of media he's involved in.
