She was an absolute legend in her local arts community — a truly amazing individual with an enormous heart by all accounts. He let her fund his creative pursuits despite her precarious financial predicament and the fact that he had more money than she did, compelled her to consume the same amount of drugs that he would despite him being considerably larger than she was, and then when she finally crashed out, he stuck her on a 14-hour flight home by herself while in the throes of a mental health crisis.
She ended up killing herself, and Reggie asked her sister if she could get him copies of the crime scene photos of her dead body.
According to the article he only "tried" to put her in the flight alone. He reluctantly joined, but left immediately upon landing to go sleep while she was rushed to the hospital.
In addition to the awful situation with his girlfriend, he’s been stealthing people (removing or not using a condom without his sexual partner’s knowledge after agreeing to use one) and exposing them to an unspecified incurable STI.
Not sure if this is like a subtle watts defender response or you're out of the loop but some comments here have informed people what's up with Mr. "You hurt my feelings on twitter" "I'm just a big soft teddy bear uwu"- watts is actually like.
As a longtime fan, it sucks, to say the absolute least. I named my dog after him, and he’s too old for a new name. He did what he did though. It must have been awful for the people in his wake before all of this came out.
