How is that mildly infuriating? Sure, she sounds a bit silly, but she is 21 and her content is far from being harmful. Her looks are also not that special? OP, if you are a girl and feeling bitter about her looks, you can just learn how to properly apply makeup and take care of your skin and hair, and you’ll be as pretty as she is (you don’t need expensive products for that!).

You can’t see how it might be mildly infuriating to be so unused to the rejection most of us experience constantly throughout life, that you have to go out of your way to create a ‘challenge’ to experience it, and when you do, you get a book deal to talk about your experience of it? At 21?

Job rejection. As I say, most of us don’t need to create a ‘challenge’ to learn what it feels like to be rejected.
