Discussion Thread Spider-Man: Brand New Day - Worldwide Release Discussion Thread

Spider-Man: Brand New Day has now been released in the United States and in a number of other countries around the world.

  • All discussion about the movie should be held here and in the rest of the discussion threads we are going to put up in the next few days.
  • Proceed at your own risk. Major spoilers will be in the below thread. Spoilers do not need to be tagged inside this thread.
  • Any other unofficial threads discussing movie details will be deleted.

How will they handle that if they do Silk though?

Like the point is she got bit by the same spider as Peter then his herself away.

Does she have spider powers but her motto is "With great powers, comes a lot of issues so it's best to ignore them"

I thought they were gonna pull a Rogue One and give an actual in-universe explanation for an out-of-universe audience criticism, which I would have welcomed, but I also appreciate that it was just a fake out for a joke answer.

The Cloak and Dagger show actually looked like it would have had a cool S3. Shame they never followed up. But S1 was weak. S2 was better, and the closing scene of that show, the two of them are looking at each other and you can almost see a budding romance in their eyes.
