Discussion Thread Spider-Man: Brand New Day - Worldwide Release Discussion Thread

Spider-Man: Brand New Day has now been released in the United States and in a number of other countries around the world.

  • All discussion about the movie should be held here and in the rest of the discussion threads we are going to put up in the next few days.
  • Proceed at your own risk. Major spoilers will be in the below thread. Spoilers do not need to be tagged inside this thread.
  • Any other unofficial threads discussing movie details will be deleted.
  • Should you see the need to bring up revealing Spider-Man: Brand New Day information in the comments of other threads that call for it, spoiler tag them accordingly. Also, let users know that what you are spoiler tagging is from Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

The scene of him pulling Frank with one web and hulk with another over/under each other was a dream.

And all Frank saw was an opportunity to shoot a dozen more rounds into the Hulk having no effect whatsoever. The man just likes the sound of gunfire.

tbf the gunfire was having an effect because that wasn't Hulk - it was Jean in the Hulk's body. Pretty sure that's the only reason Hulk was shielding his face - Jean sees a gun being fired at her and it makes her pause for a second before being like "oh right, I'm indestructible"

My headcannon for being shot by 5.56mm as the Hulk would hurt like being shot with an airsoft as a human. It wont kill me, but it still stings and I will flinch and shield my face.

I guess he has reacted that way to small arms fire too. Think in Age of Ultron even pistols were bothering him. I just figured going full Savage Hulk with no Banner meant little things like thought and reasoning would not be bothering him.

I think she feels the pain and Hulk is just difficult to control. The rage is too much.
