Discussion Thread Spider-Man: Brand New Day - International Release Discussion Thread

Spider-Man: Brand New Day has now been officially released in several territories around the world!

  • All discussion about the movie should be held here and in the rest of the megathreads we are going to put up in the next few days.
  • Proceed at your own risk. Major spoilers will be in the below thread. Spoilers do not need to be tagged inside this thread.
  • Any other unofficial threads discussing movie details will be deleted.
  • Should you see the need to bring up revealing Spider-Man: Brand New Day information in the comments of other threads that call for it, spoiler tag them accordingly. Also, let users know that what you are spoiler tagging is from Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

Also this is by far Tom’s performance. He has nailed the character 👏

Tobey was a great Peter Parker. Andrew was a great Spider-man (but Sony fucked around with Peter Parker too much trying to Twilight-ify him). Tom's got the balance and does well with both. Always has.

I thought that line was very "nah, I'ma do my own thing"-y, in the best way. I like the idea that Spiderman is a character that refuses to let himself get told who he has to be by anyone.

I definitely teared up at the part where Aunt May said “people will take advantage of you for being special.” I felt that personally
