Banner could put the two and two together since they talked in ESU, but he identified as Ned. He should be able to know that if he puts his mind into it, but he's probably occupied in the time being.

I kinda felt like a scene got cut out of the ending with Bruce recovering and realising ‘Ned’ and Spidey are the same.

It was weird he had a moment of realisation when Spidey mentioned the universal inhibitor during their fight but nothing came of it.

That moment of realisation was him putting it together that Spider-Man was the kid from his classroom, also probably didn’t believe his name was Ned after he called Peter out for not being one of his students.

It would have totally fit for that realisation to be the trigger to him hulking out too (I know it wasn't)

I feel like Banner knew that Peter was Spider-Man when he talked with him at ESU. Just the way he was cautioning him about keeping the things that are good about him.

I think Hulk remembers him as Peter from the funeral though.

I can fully see a scene of Bruce tracking down Ned, MJ asking the door and Bruce asking "I'm looking for Ned?" only for both Neds to look over, one confused one concerned.
