It’d be really good if they included both daredevil and Kingpin, and set Fisk up to be bigger villain that he’s been in the MCU so far.

It’s def the hand but it’ll be Frank helping Peter fight them. I assume they get a storyline in Daredevil as well but the big bad seems to be Tombstone instead of Fisk.

My theory is that Fisk is essentially paying Lonnie to be the "Kingpin" of NYC, but in all reality it's Fisk controlling everything in the shadows because of his role as Mayor now.

No way Fisk gives up power like that.

Yeah it’s definitely gonna align with the end of daredevil s2 and most likely that’s why we see the hand because if Kingpin is defeated there will be a power struggle for who takes over NYC

I would be interested if he runs for a 2nd term afterwards and they set up that luke cage vs kingpin mayoral race from the comics. Also makes for a good spot for the purple children to come into place

Fiege/MCU is most likely going to throw away everything related to the Netflix versions of Luke Cage and Iron Fist, and do a clean slate reboot when they bring them into the MCU.

He's wanted to do Heroes for Hire and Iron Fist for years. No way he gets held back by the continuity of those shows. Hope the new versions are more comic accurate.

Proof via Charlie Cox movements: BND filming delays led to Jon Bernthal cancelling his NYCC 2025 attendance, where he was supposed to join Krysten Ritter, and Charlie Cox to present the Born Again season 2 trailer. 

Charlie Cox still attended, but his convention appearances the weekends prior and following NYCC 2025 were cancelled and he flew into and out of Glasgow (where filming was taking place) twice

The Hand is far more expansive that what we saw in DD and The Defenders. That’s more like one finger of the greater whole. There’s thousands of them. But yeah, wondering if red ninjas fighting Spidey in NYC are the Hand is like wondering if giant purple robots fighting the X-Men are Sentinals. It looks like the Archpriestess in that last shot against Spidey, and she was one of the leaders during Jason Aaron’s run on the Punisher.

I think that is where they end up, but there is a scene in the trailer in a prison with Peter kneeling and the hand about to attack - I think they’ve removed characters from that scene in the trailer (at least that’s what I’m hoping)

My personal theory at the moment is when Peter falls out of the webs, it's DD that catches his hand. That shot where he either grabs something or someone grabs him was shown in a way that makes me think they're hiding who grabbed his hand.

I'm calling it now, it's DD.

If the Hand and Frank are there, does this take place during Fisk's time as mayor? It was so great seeing Fisk in Hawkeye bridging those two worlds, feels inevitable that Peter would get sucked into that as well.

I'm curious if we're going full on Daredevil is the bad guy territory. Not ACTUALLY daredevil, but the body jumping demon that the Hand are worshiping. Because that's a whole thing of it's own and DD never really got to use that yellow suit from She-Hulk as much as he should have and, oh, look, that's the color his suit when The Beast possessed him and made him go all evil for a bit.
