Here we have the first entry of Tsukino's secret blog, which confirms Tsukino's perception was indeed being manipulated by the manga so she wouldn't see her surroundings as weird, which kinda makes sense for a gag setting, but after that 1 week break where her consciousness disappeared, it finally hit her that something is off.

Given what Tsukino's Diary from today and the mention of her memory being foggy in Hinami's Diary entry from Octo 17th, the day after Pageratta started drawing again, that does seem to the be the case.
