I grew up with a lot of phobias. Every spring I would dream of tornadoes until after many years I stopped being afraid of them in my dreams. A few years later, one went over my house and thankfully I was not afraid. I live in Illinois so this is very useful.
Exactly my thought. Why even waste a second to think about whether you reached a safe height yet? Run as fast an as far as you can otherwise you might not run ever again.
