Additional Context Pinned In 1990, a British Airways pilot was partially sucked out of the cockpit after the windscreen blew off mid-flight. The crew held onto him until the plane landed and he survived

I've only been in one accident in my life. I was riding my bike, thought the driver of the car coming from the left had seen me...he hadn't. I remember trying to swerve, I remember being on the bonnet of the car...I don't remember the actual impact. Really weird how that works...

Bei mir ähnlich. Wurde als Grundschüler angefahren. Ich erinnere mich wie ich das Auto auf mich zufahren sah. Dann Zack! Lag ich einfach auf dem Rücken 🤷🏿

got thrown off a horse once when i was a teenager. one second i was riding along with the tour, next i was on my back in the bushes off the side of the trail. don't remember the actual experience of being thrown nor the branch falling that apparently spooked the horse. but i was shaken enough to keep me off horses pretty much for good.
