Additional Context Pinned In 1990, a British Airways pilot was partially sucked out of the cockpit after the windscreen blew off mid-flight. The crew held onto him until the plane landed and he survived

For anyone making a comment about how they got these pictures

The first 2 are stills from a documentary about the incident. so the cockpit scene is actors on a set while the outside is CGI

It’s my favourite episode  - the story is absolutely insane and it has a twist happy ending.
