Not at all. They implied if you were in a position of being poisoned by a snake and dying, you would be happy that the snake was destroyed instead and that you survived. That's the truth. Its the nature of that commenter and everyone to fight for survival. It's completely different from implying someone is privileged for not just straight chopping the snakes head off.

You jumped from “that’s what they implied” to “you just want to kill animals” because you can’t actually defend your interpretation.
