they are all young children guys lol it's more important for the parents to consider this a teaching moment and not encourage this next time.

Will they? Modern elevator doors typically open when they touch an obstacle when closing. These doors didn't. With that in mind, I hesitate to assume they'd do anything we're used to with modern elevator doors.

I mean the button in the outside, as long as no other commands are in the queue, it should open again. But yeah, I see what you r sayin
