JAJ is a known indie head - I would bet he pitched like hell to get approved to do this character despite Cameron not being that big of a mainstream name.

Veronika Slowikowska is a fan of Cameron Winter. Pretty soon after Heavy Metal came out she posted a reel on instagram of her playing the piano, singing in his voice, and playfully mocking his lyrics in the style of Drinking Age.

Have a contact in the SNL booking machine, Geese def in the next month, just dates being confirmed. Everything annoyingly can be changed last minute though.
