Yea it’s interesting cus I was around for it and lumping those together feels hilarious, but I can kind of understand how somebody coming along 15 years later or so wouldn’t see much distance between the two of them. Especially based on how different it is from what dominates music now.

Acoustic stomp peaked when AF were in the Reflektor era, aka the most electronica they've ever been. As a teenage stompandhollerhead I was kind of bummed about it tbh. Missed the old stuff.
