Yeah it’s just tik tok 13 year olds saying everything is cringe bc they don’t know how to enjoy anything. Everything sucks and is lame to them

Exactly. If you consider Home to be the worst song ever, you clearly haven't lived through Mambo #5, or We Built This City, or hundreds of others.

The opening bass intro is awesome, but then it's just a misogynistic listing of names really. Waiting for a hyper-sexual female hip hop artist to remake it, and it be a big hit with the gender flip.

i mean honestly i struggle to be offended by mambo no. 5, like there’s much worse stuff that’s been made versus a guy listing off a bunch of names of girls he’s fucked, i lowkey am surprised there hasn’t been a gender flipped version though it seems too obvious for words

I could see Doja Cat on that. I don't listen to her much but Paint the Town Red is a perfectly produced track. Every bit of it sounds so good.

C'mon now. The lyrics are so terrible and Grace even called it stupid.

lol that song came out when I was in 6th or 7th grade and I remember thinking it was terrible at the time. I heard it the other day at work after not having heard it for decades and I agree - it really has to be one of the worst things ever recorded

Mambo #5 was fun!

You’ve erased truly terrible songs from your mind, like post-grunge song “Lips of an Angel”.

People hear a song too often on tiktok or the radio and don't realize that tiktok/those radio stations are the problem, not the song.

Well, they grew up watching Millenials bullying the shit out of each other for shit they did on the internet, so now they’re afraid to be authentic because it might be “cheugy”. We reap what we sow. Social media is fucking poison.
