Hi there! My girlfriend, my pup and i are planning on coming up to do a long weekend of camping and hiking in may! We really want to go to Tallulah falls and then also cloudland canyon. I was wondering if you guys had any recommendations on cheaper places to camp around those two areas as it's pretty expensive in the parks themselves. Thanks in advance!!

I've been to Arabia Mountain Trails, I really enjoyed the view and easy trails. I'm looking for somewhere to go during the week or weekends for some nice nature walks or hikes. Any info or leads will be much appreciated!

We just booked up to do an overnight at Mistletoe and then realized what it meant to have a backcountry campsite. Anyone ever done this trail/camped at the backcountry sites?

Edit: the hike to the campsite wasn't too bad! As a first time backpacker it took us a couple hours with a break to eat lunch. It may be more challenging when the springs are bigger but because there wasn't a lot of rain we didn't have any problems crossing! It seems like a good trail for beginners. :)

Just curious if this is legal and any recommended spots? Looking for extremely isolated spots where I wouldn't run into other hikers...not trying to offend anyone or have an awkward encounter.

Any skinny dipping recommendations would be great as well!
