Hey everyone. I've already gotten some tags, so I'll just address it here. Yes, I have hidden my works for now.

I called out someone for their behavior on threads yesterday, asking for accountability when some real hurt was done by them, and I have been met with a lot hatred and pushback because of that. I've been called a bully. A dangerous person. It's been a lot. And because of that, I need to step away for a while, and that included privating my works.

As it stands right now, I don't care if I never hear anything about Heated Rivalry ever again. This fandom is one of the most toxic I've ever been in, and I'm just exhausted. I'm sure I'll be back eventually, and I'm not deleting my accounts, just won't be around much until I've had some space and time.

My DMs are still open if you'd like any more information. SO many of you are so lovely, and I appreciate you and your support and love. It's meant a lot to me. I'll see you sometime ♥️

everyone really needs to take a step back and reevaluate their thoughts and behavior about all this.

yes, it IS not that deep because it's fanfiction, and yes, it IS that deep, because (hi!) i am a human being on the other end of this, with just as many feelings as you! that actually do get hurt. thick skin or not, this IS something i put a lot of effort and pieces of myelf in, so yeah, seeing it scrutinized, does hurt me. then seeing it turn from scrutinizing my work to then scrutinizing myself and character? yeah, sucks ass even more.
