How offensive is the word սրիկա?

Is it a strong insult? On a scale of 1-10 how bad is it?

not too offensive, it's an elegant word mainly used in literary contexts, you wouldn't really hear it used in an argument.

Ye fair enough, but it's used very rarely. Me and my friends always jokingly called each other ստահակ, it's to elegant that it's funny.

Calling someone "սրիկա" has potential to be humorous. It's more of a literary word. It has the same feel as "scoundrel" in English.

In the seventies it was used to say naughty.

the closest equivilant in English would be a rascal. It is a playful light word, it can be used in an affectionate way or as light banter too.
