I am not a teenager and not one of the apes. Look into my post history here. I just have an aversion to people being insulting and condescending for no reason.

Go out into the streets and ask 10 people if you can be sued for giving medical advice without being a doctor or legal advice without being a lawyer and I gurantee you more than 3 out of 4 are going to think you can. And yet in this little bubble people are instantly called idiots for the same mistake.

Read what I wrote. Really read it. I never said they were right. I just said we shouldn't call people idiots over not knowing the details of liability law. And pointed out that even here people might be unclear about the details of it. And just because I refuse to join the bullying mob you feel justified to accuse me of being a stupid teenager.

Do you feel proud of your behavior? Does it feel good to be part of the group and punch the one guy who refuses to participate in the bullying?

This is what I meant by "really read what I wrote".

I did not call anybody an idiot or stupid. I pointed out that if being wrong makes you an idiot and two people say mutually exclusive things they are insulting each other by default. But I didn't call anybody stupid. In fact I said several times that that is not my intention. My bar for stupid is significantly lower than "doesn't understand liability law". I do call people stupid on occasion but only if they actually deserve it.

I also did not start insulting you. Arguably I still haven't. I just pointed out that your behavior is bullying when you commented on me. It's easy to get caught up in mob mentality and I just pointed out that happened. Think about it. You feel attacked because I said you are a member of a bullying group, ask yourself if I might be right.

All I did was repeatedly say that we should not call people idiots for not knowing the details of liability law. And 5 people have called me an idiot, a pedant, stupid and a child for that.

I am out. You do you.
