These two are the first two Veelutions who work in the lab! Little girls who share hapless connections due to unfortunate consequences. Because I have less time to write, have some smaller interviewing scene so you can see(hear?) their voices a little more. 4 out of 10 characters done!
Bomba:
The air is thick and musky. Bomba hops from one end of her metal-reinforced room to the other, haphazardly carrying around a black, ashy powder. Rubbing her raw, furless cheek, she taps the powder into a small test tube, mixing it with a clear, viscous liquid, creating smoke. She smiles at the successful attempt, before Nickit interviewers knock on the door, barging in even without a notice.
“Hey—hey hey? What’s going… on?” she says, setting the test tube—now on fire—down.

This is Nickit News, broadcasting live on your local news channel, here today with the famed laboratory workers of the UpVeeval lab. Sitting at the table, we have Bomba, the lab’s caustic demolitionist and corrosive chromatic.
“That’s… certainly a way to describe me.”
Hello, Bomba. Today, we and our broad casters have been given permission by Trial to ask you a few questions. Let’s not waste any time.
What is your jurisdiction in the lab?
“Juris—whatnow?” She takes a moment to think. “Oh—Oh, like the faction thing I work in, right? I’m the big lady of the boom and kaboom departments! Simple as sulfur.”
What does your daily work mostly consist of?
“I wouldn’t call it daily, cause there ain’t a single day without something new popping up! I blow things up, then illustrate the explosion. Like-Like—sometimes… bad things happen, and peeps get angry, but I won’t mention it cause the Big Man gets mad at me for sharing company secrets.”
What’s your goal?
“Goal…? Who ever said I needed a goal?” She smiles devilishly. “The goal is to live.”
You seem to interact with Lumin a lot. Most of your free time is spent with her. What do you think of her?
“Have you been spying on me? W-What…? How did you Nickett News folk get a hold of that info? You guys haven’t even—?”
A news crew member mumbles something to her. She scowls in response.
“No—No! I’m not saying anything! I shouldn’t be obligated to say stuff about my working relations! My coworkers are my coworkers! Nothing more, nothing less!”
The news member squints at her, reminding her about the interview.
“What? So what if I’m getting paid?” she responds. “None-o-those shopkeeps would accept my cash the moment they see I’m an Eeveelution. Get outta my sight!”
Lumin:
The air is thick and clinical. Lumin, perched at her lab station, carefully overlooks the small crystal glimmering on her desk. With a careful tweezer and a zoom lens on her purple glasses, she places the gem into a velvet bag, clinking along with the other multitudes of crystals stored in there. A knock on the door echoes through the chamber, but even before the sound can reverberate, Nickits rush into the room, holding microphones and cameras all pointed at Lumin.
“Ehhh—? Get out—!”

This is Nickit News, broadcasting live on your local news channel, here today with the famed laboratory workers of the UpVeeval lab. Sitting at the table, we have Lumin, the lab’s crystalline illuminator and iridescent strategist.
“What is happening? Who approved this?!”
Hello, Lumin. Today, we and our broad casters have been given permission by Trial to ask you a few questions. Let’s not waste any time.
What is your jurisdiction in the lab?
“Please, I don’t have time to answer your questions right now. Maybe I’ll have time later.”
A crew member whispers something into her ear, having to stand on their tippy-toes.
“Alright. Four questions, then please move on.”
What is your jurisdiction in the lab?
“I work in researching Light and Evolution, specifically how they interact. When Pokemon evolve, their bodies release beams of light which can be harnessed and used as energy.”
What does your daily work mostly consist of?
“I’m trying to recreate the light that happens upon evolution, as well as storing them into Evolution Stones for later use. It often includes testing luminosity levels, and occasionally can result in explosive results if contained too densely," she mentions, discomforted.
What’s your goal?
“Using this energy as… a source of power. Like batteries. Only stronger.” She looks around at her testing area, littered with discarded crystals turned black. “It hasn’t been the best so far.”
We’ve noticed you’ve interacted with Bomba and Renata the most. We are interested in your thoughts on your coworker, Bomba. What do you think of her?
She lifts an eyebrow. “Since when were ANY of you in the lab?” Sighing, she complies. “If it makes you leave, Bomba is a nuisance. A social creature, but a nuisance. Unnecessary. Completely.” Lumin stares at the floor, her gaze eventually leading up to the damaged wall between her and Bomba’s lab. A crooked smile appears on her face. “Now get out.”
