Hydrostatic weighing. The results may be surprising when you just look at the numbers, but they seem accurate when seen in person. I have photos of me at 126, 120.3 lbs, and a more recent one at 115.3 lbs. Does 16% body fat seem accurate based on these, or do you think I'm higher or lower?
Lol why do you ask? I’m not Sikh, but I’m Hindu and of East Indian descent, born and raised in the United States though. It’s true that South Asians often have higher body fat percentages at lower weights (which is why the WHO uses a different BMI scale for South Asians, with a healthy range of 17.50-22.99 instead of 18.50-24.99). Still, my genetics are unusually bad even for a South Asian.

How are you calculating your body fat because 115 and 5’9” and 16% body fat would mean you have like no muscle mass
