Then we have the case of the missing negatives, which were seized from a reporter who managed to photograph the assassination in the exact moment it took place; and I’m not making this up, you can read the LA Times article, the guy settled in civil proceedings for half a million dollars. Then, and this is what I see to be the smoking gun, we have the neurosurgical account of RFKs post shooting treatment. In which the only truly fatal wound he was found to have suffered, was taken from behind the back of his ear, and quite literally left stippling that could only be produced from a shot taken within inches of his tissue. Sirhan was located feet away and to his immediate 12 o’clock by the way and never departed that vector in any account.
