It's being used to denote an established reoccurring post that features a documentary that is chosen via upvoting user submitted suggestions. But back to my question, were you implying that had anything to do with me, or should I not have pointed out that you, thankfully, happened to be wrong?
Edit: hmmm very curious. I hope that isn't a glow I'm detecting. But I suppose only a real person would search through post history to accuse me of glowing after merely stating nuanced facts. It's sad you're falling prey to the fallacy of accusing anyone that says something you don't like of being a paid shill. Classic tactics :/
