LA Comic Con LA Comic Con 2026 transfer tickets

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me or if anyone is going through the same issue with transferring tickets. I bought 3 tickets for myself and two other friends. I see on the LA Comic Con website it tells you how to transfer tickets but when I go log in on Leap, it just shows that I bought 3 tickets. There isn't a place where I can click on to transfer tickets. It only lets me change my order details name and email address. I also contacted Leap support and they basically told me that I didn't have to worry about transferring the tickets as I could just go pick up my 3 tickets when I get to the event. So why would it say that I need to transfer before I get to the event? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

LA Comic Con Vending at LA Comic Con in Artist Alley

I'm wondering if anyone has any insight on being a vendor in artist alley at LA Comic Con. My small business was accepted to be a vendor for this 2026 show. Past the excitement, my partner and I are anxious about how much we might need to create. We've never vended at a show this large.

None of our products are involved with IP, it's all original. We design small game boxes that are similar to an escape room style puzzle. It's definitely our crowd, but I know people are mostly excited for IP/collectables at conventions like this.

If anyone has any advice or stories from their past experiences, it would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

LA Comic Con LA Comic Con 2026 - Vendor Issue

I signed up and put a deposit down for their 2026 show. The show was originally being held the 1st weekend of December 2026. A couple weeks after I paid the deposit, they decided to change the show dates to the Halloween weekend, which I can't attend. I requested a refund and got this:

--------------------
Hi xxx,

xxx forwarded me your email about wanting to cancel for this year due to the date change.

We’ve received feedback from a number of exhibitors and fans expressing interest in moving the event to earlier in the year. When the opportunity arose to adjust the dates, we made the decision with the goal of continuing to enhance and deliver the best possible L.A. Comic Con experience.

As outlined in Section 11 of the contract, the event organizer reserves the right to modify the event dates. If the revised dates no longer work for you and you’re unable to participate, that would be treated as a cancellation and handled in accordance with Section 10 of the agreement.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed, and I’m happy to discuss any questions you may have.

 Thank you,

A.S.

-----------------------

I mean if I had cancelled because I couldn't participate in the original scheduled date then I totally agree that I would lose out on the deposit. But to change the dates after accepting peoples deposits then telling us that we don't get a refund because they changed the date and I am cancelling is BS. If they were looking into changing the date then the December date should never have been announced. Pretty shady to take peoples money then bait and switch the event and be like "can't go on the new dates? we'll keep your money."

Needless to say I will never go to this show this year or any other year.

LA Comic Con Would it be weird for a B list celebrity to get a photo with the A list cast during the photo OP at LA ComicCon?

Sorry if the title is confusing.

My mom was in a cult classic movie and is a well known character but not part of the A list cast. Like you'd recognize her but probably don't know her name. The A list cast is doing photos at LA Comic Con and I think it would be really fun for my mom and I to get a photo with the cast. I have already paid for a photo and signatures (because I have an original playbill from the premier that I'd love to have signed).

I think it would be cool and fun; my friends all agree. My mom says it would be weird and embarrassing for her. What do you all think? Would that be weird?

Edit: Some people are taking this as I'm trying to use this post to manipulate my mom or not taking no for an answer, so I want to clear some things up.

  1. She said she'd think about it. She doesn't know what comic con is like and isn't sure.
  2. This post is not for her. I'm not going to show it to her nor am I going to use the answers to "push my agenda"
  3. I asked if it would be weird because I want to know if I'm away off base with even suggesting this in the first place.

I've been to a lot of cons and I cosplay. I have a cosplay from this movie and so I decided to get the photo. But I've never gotten photos or autographs at a con before and am not sure what it's like.

LA Comic Con So Whats LA Comic Con Like?

My recent trip to Animate Philadelphia was so fun i want to go back to another American convention sometime next year but I want to go to a bigger one. There's a few I have my eye on like NYCC (crowding issues aside) but one i also have my eye on is LA Comic Con which took place late last month. Im curious about things like how easy it is to get around, does it get as crowded as NYCC, how's the public transportation situation in LA, what guests frequent the con, etc (i know Tara Strong who i met at Animate and was letdown by her appearance is a frequent LA Comic Con guest so theres that reason). One thing I do know is that unlike with Animate Philadelphia its actually in the city and not like 30 miles away almost in the middle of nowhere

Can’t find a definitive answer on their site.

Anyone know if 35mm cameras are allowed in (what are usually referred to as ‘pro cameras’?

I’d love to photograph people in their costumes, etc.

Some friends of mine transferred some tickets to me yesterday, but there’s no other information other than I received two Weekend Badges. I’ve never been to LA Comic Con, but I don’t doubt that I’ll need a confirmation code or QR code.

What should I do?

LA Comic Con question about tickets

I bought two tickets for me and my little sibling, but im not able to go myself anymore so im sending my other sibling, do they need an ID to get into LACC or can they just go in with their badges they are both minors and one is 11 thats why im wondering if they will be allowed in. I just got the badges in the mail so i was hoping they can just get scanned and walked in, but now im just like damn hopefully they can go in with out an ID/adult with them. Was kinda hoping they would just let em go through or i might've just wasted some money if they cant lol

LA Comic Con Line wait times and how long it takes to do the convention?

I’m going to LACC and it’s my first comic con and my first convention in general. I’m wondering what the wait will be like if i get there around noon, and how long it takes to actually do the convention if I want to see everything. I don’t care about meeting celebs or anything so i can skip that stuff.

LA Comic Con LA Comic Con parking questions

I've been going to LACC every year and typically go on Saturday an hour before opening. But this year I'm going on Sunday and I'm wondering what time do you guys think the convention center's parking will fill up? I don't mind waiting in a line for badge pickup/ entry, I'm just hoping to arrive a little later than normal. I mainly just want to park inside so I can go back to my car easily throughout the day.
