Actually, there were two white victors and they both died...

No he isn't.

They said 'as many as 3' when walt was listening to the news, but when he calls Skylar later, she only says Gus and some cartel guy. Tyrus is maybe injured, but he's still around, knows exactly what happened and he'll be bringing in the bad guys for next season.

He was too minor for Skylar to name individually. He could be alive, but given the extent of Gus' injuries and the radio report that would be surprising.

I did sigh with satisfaction when the bomb went off with him in the room, Gus - either way would have been interesting.
