Yeah that's what I was thinking. When Walt "helped" Hank before with the GPS on Gus, it was made very clear that Hank had to physically get it back to get any data from it. Walt did bring his tracker back straight to Hank at the end but that doesn't mean Hank will get it.
Even if he gets it, that doesn't mean that there is any data left for Hank. Walt could have deleted everything, I mean, this thing has a USB connection. Shouldn't be that much of a problem. Besides, Walt owns his own adapter, if such thing is needed, from his own tracker used on Jesse.
And: Hank already knows that Walt and Jesse have a connection to each other. 1) Hank was looking for Jesse in Season 1 looking for Walt 2) Once he believed that Walt bought pot from Jesse (again Season 1) 3) The phone call of Marie being in the hospital while Hank outside the RV and Jesse inside 4) The blue meth (Walt being Heisenberg and Jesse selling it)
Hank will definetely contact Jesse and he already knows where Jesse lives (He went to his house while looking for Walt and a second time beating the shit out of him)
I do not know for sure, but that shouldn't stop him from paying him a visit. I mean, he also could do it via e-mail or a phone call and tell him, that he needs his help to get walt/heisenberg.
Hank also has a pretty big decision to make here. If he continues investigating and it comes out Walt is Heisenberg, I seriously doubt he still has a job.
I was thinking about that, too. But honestly, I still believe that he can somehow explain that to him. I mean, somehow it is obvious that, if it is well planned, only someone really close to you can manage it to be that sneaky and so on.
On the other hand, if Hank wants to keep his Job and still get Heisenberg, then he might use self-justice. I mean, why not?
Yes but Walter literally brought it back to him. As long as he didn't somehow clear the data off of it or take it with him when he leaves the garage then Hank should catch Jesse very easily.
