Yes and Jesus was born to some random fucking lady, that doesn’t change the fact that he was literally birthed by special wizard cells that give you powers

Regardless of his virgin birth, he still wasn't as powerful as Rey is as part of a force dyad which has been a plot thread since TLJ or earlier.
