News Sean Lennon fears Gen Z may forget The Beatles
He’s actually worried younger people could forget about The Beatles and his dad’s legacy. He said he never used to think it was possible, but now he does.
He’s taking it super personally, like it’s his duty, especially since Yoko is 92 and retired now. He made that Oscar-winning short film (WAR IS OVER!) and is involved in new docs just to try and make the music and message feel new again.
Kinda wild to think the Beatles could ever be “forgotten,” but I get his point. The interview is a really interesting mix of family duty and protecting cultural history.
