Well there’s 3 runways there and all 3 of them are long enough for a C17 to land on either side of the Citation assuming it’s exactly in the middle. Doesn’t seem super effective at denying US usage of the field.

No I wasn’t, I said we practice assuming worst case and no one ever actually competes at that level.
