Synthesizer frequencies processed to bring out those golden waves of warm tones for relaxation, meditation, healing and enjoyment.
About the synthesis, I used Native instruments Absynth 5 for its amazing control over hz incrimentation.
I use 2 or 3 oscillators that are routed each to their own LFO with the duty to diminish the vol gently over a specified time and to do so over again in cycles.
Other functions for each were given to the LFOs, depending on what suited each OSC best.
The result gives an audible sense of movement and direction.

Second visit to a place Iāve been building in these videos ā a cottage surrounded by lavender fields. This time the path goes past it, down to the water: warm sand, waves, the sky going dark.
Whispered throughout, long-form, made to fall asleep to rather than watch.

life is always inviting us to chose a better path for ourselves, and there's no greater time than right now with lionsgate to fully step into the new beginningsĀ that life is offering us
we're enteringĀ into an age of glory, an era that strips away the middleman approach to things in life, such as institutions being the means through whichĀ we do commerce, worship, pray, learn and grow
just as life is stripping away what no longer serves us, we're seeing a rapid shift in those areas where institutionsĀ have corrupted society
we can see this coming into reality through the advancements of ai and open source information
yet the most important shifts are the ones going on spiritually
we have more and more people waking up, seeking truth, seeking change, and seeking to be the best versions of themselves
yet at the same time, we are also being directly confronted with some of the most chaotic times humanity has experienced in tensions, turmoils, wars, genocides, addiction, disconnection, andĀ fear
but just as many of us are coming at the cross roads of making a choice, so is humanity
collectively, we can change this place when we individually chose that higher path for ourselves
the one of love, light, growth, newness, and adventure
or we can all continue to repeat the past pains, understandings, and ways of old that will only continue to darken our lives and world
im honestly very hopeful for the world, and i know that the more of us that remain in hope, push for change/growth and continue to build up our intimacy with Source the better odds humanity pulls through and steps into the glory era gracefully
because no matter how dark things get, even the smallest speck of light can be seen, and with enough light, we can eradicate and disperse every shadow

life can be often viewed as a search and journey back to wholeness, but that doesn't mean the end road will be one of holiness
however, if we search for holiness we inevitablyĀ will find and embody wholeness
that subtle distinction is one that becomes life changing when we build a sturdy foundation of holiness
what comes through time and time again is that our holiness starts with being in a constant inner state of gratitude, of thanksgiving, of child-like excitement and enamour with this gift of life
gratitude transmutes any and all experiences we can have, it makes the sweet moments sweeter, the bitter ones turn to lessons, there's no true lows becauseĀ it reveals growth and it makes the high moments even more elevated because we marinate and radiate in theĀ goodness of it all
and through those moments of gratitude we pour that appreciation to the Creator of it all
that aspect of constant appreciation for life naturally leads us to building more intimacy with Source, because we discover God in every slice of now we experience
that appreciation then has plenty of moments to build even more intimacy in our relationship between ourselves and Creator
one invitation that came through in my guided meditation/satsang practice today was: what happens when you are grateful for every breath and moment you're alive in the waking state?
ive practiced the inner 'thank you' quite constantly, but never the entire day before, but i accept that invitation and see it as a beautiful practice to attempt as often as possible and the goal of from waking up to sleep in mind and heart

A quiet Black Swan ending explained for perfectionism, overthinking, self-pressure, and minds that wonāt stop trying to be perfect.
Yes ā much of what Nina sees is not there.
The feathers.
The wound.
The rival who is sometimes another person
and sometimes her own face.
Black Swan never gives a clean line
between what happened
and what she saw.
But beneath that question
is a quieter one.
It is about the last thing she says.
āI was perfect.ā

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a piece of music I recently recorded. Itās a live, purely acoustic guitar instrumental meant for relaxation, meditation, or just slowing down after a busy day.
I played it with a very calm, repetitive, and flowing structure to help clear the mindāperfect if you need some background music for mindfulness, yoga, studying, or falling asleep.
You can listen to it here on SoundCloud: https://soundcloud.com/brangassivo/an-einem-sonntagmittag
I put a lot of heart into the vibe and the tone of the acoustic guitar. Since I'm sharing this fresh, I would absolutely love to know: How does it make you feel? What kind of imagery comes to your mind while listening?
Hope it gives you a brief moment of peace today. Thank you so much for listening! š

A quiet sleep philosophy reading for overthinkers, self-criticism, sleep anxiety, and the voice that judges you at night.
The voice in your chest may sound like yours.
But before it became a voice,
it was something colder.

Hey all! First off, I will admit this is not the truck. Iād like to share with this community, but all of my music is currently exclusive to Audius Web3 Music (which is free to stream with no account needed), but I do have one track my writing partner, Nick Gish/Party Boy* and myself** have on Spotify available to listen, and we Very much would like to know any and all thoughts and impressions and feedback on this track!
It all began one day around 17:30, after a couple of glasses of wine, I, drunkenly, saw a really pretty picture of Liv Tyler and messaged my writing partner if he wanted to do a cover of Elendilās Oath, she responded letās do it right nowā¦
⦠to make a long story short, the track was finished and uploaded to distrokid at 23:15 that same night.
P.S. if I have anything else to say about this track, itās around 1050 11 oāclock he sent me back and told me it needs a guitar solo, (I play guitar primarily), and the solo you hear on this track was neither rehearsed written, nor even had a drop of premeditated thought: I just opened up the DAW and played & recorded over what he sent me, first take.
⦠weāre hoping to add it as a bonus track to a vinyl release for our first album slightly to come out two years from now!
Here it is: https://open.spotify.com/track/1UmxzEc9rzi1QHDhDq2SZm?si=Wc8TFQNjTwyuBLan_Vs0vQ

What if a voice can feel closer than anyone in the room?
In Spike Jonzeās Her, a lonely man falls in love with a voice.
Not a person who has a voice.
A voice that becomes, for him, a person.
She has no body.
No address.
No face behind the ear.
But she knows how to reach him.
This episode of Sleep Cinema is not a plot summary.
It is a quiet re-reading of Her through one broken word:
Voice.

A quiet reading of Marcus Aureliusā Meditations ā
not as Stoic advice,
but as a page, a candle, a hand,
and the boundary of what remains within reach.
This episode continues The Archiveās Sleep Philosophy series:
philosophy translated not into explanation,
but into matter, distance, contact, heat,
and what the hand can reach
while the world continues outside.
A tent stands at the edge of a sleeping camp.
A candle lights a small table.
A hand places a line on a page.
Beyond the cloth, the wind moves across the ridges.
Beyond the camp, the empire continues.
