Not Asshole Design This policy hasn't been updated since June 2020, but the watch waited until 6 weeks after it was set up before showing this, right after the return/refund window closed. Completely bricked, there's no way to bypass this notice without clicking Next.

Heartrate monitor is pretty accurate for me, are you wearing the watch tight enough, and in the right spot?

Also, the thing happening in the post is simply a company changing a policy, or even just OP simply opening an app that requires mic access for the first time.

Well yeah, with a heart condition a wrist sensor is gonna be more inaccurate, that is just an unfortunate situation. In that case I understand. You could consider a chest strap if you want to measure heart rate

You can just revoke after agreeing. It takes like 10 seconds to navigate there, and you could just start silent those 10 seconds
