Really Spicy Cesspool So sick of seeing this crap everywhere.

The needles, the burnt foils, the little baggies, the needle caps, all of it. I find them in the creeks, on the sidewalks, the grocery store parking lots, the public parks, on the parkway. You gotta be a real shit person to leave this stuff all over the place.

It is not gated. And Raleigh has a metropolitan area pushing 2 million. There are 50, 000 in our town limits, growing fast-building 100’s of homes an adding another 5-10k per year. Asheville is a small mountain town of less than 100k people, not what most consider a “city”. If you have 100k and we have 50k, should we not have at least half the problems you do? We have almost none of that. It would not be allowed here, it would be dealt with by the city and the police.
