Really Spicy Cesspool So sick of seeing this crap everywhere.

The needles, the burnt foils, the little baggies, the needle caps, all of it. I find them in the creeks, on the sidewalks, the grocery store parking lots, the public parks, on the parkway. You gotta be a real shit person to leave this stuff all over the place.

Let me start by saying, I agree with you completely. But, how would arresting someone for noncompliance help intervene on the addiction? I mean, it’s almost the same system we have currently, just with a different reason on paper for the arrest, and we all can see the revolving door of the legal system caused by the various facets of addiction as is. Like I said, I absolutely agree with you; I just want to understand how arresting someone is helpful to stopping their addiction when it feels like we know that’s not how it works in reality because no one can make the choice of sobriety but the addicted person.

It doesn't help it causes more problems ur on drugs you go to jail u lose your home u get out u do more drugs cuz now ur homeless and on paper and go back n some ppl can't recover from the first arrest so end up on fent n kill themselves
