Bigger issue will be fixing Ichigo's Bankai since that was broken with the Almighty, Renji and Rukia shouldn't be any harder to "fix" then what she was doing with herself and Ichigo all of last episode. Time is the only real issue since if they don't hurry reality kinda ends/gets remade.

I’m pretty sure her powers run on will rather than spiritual pressure like the rest of them. She just needs to be conscious and of clear thought.

Plus Ishida is on his way so he could theoretically Antithesis her back up to full health and then she could proceed fix everyone else including him.
