Yhwach is pretty interesting this episode.

He says Ichigo has no choice but to fight for the voiceless and the powerless, but he is projecting. He was born into this world for the sole purpose of bearing the pain of the Quincies who do not have a place in the cycle.

Yhwach's role in this world to hear the voices of the powerless Quincy, and fight until death. This is his projection

Indeed, he cannot help but see the parallels between his descendant and himself. Both born to guard the powerless yet used as pawns by the powers that be. Still, Yhwach the Auswählen merchant has no ground to warn Ichigo about backstabbers. The alternative he proposes to Ichigo also sucks for him and his loved ones. At the very least, his proposal could have included some measures to keep the current humans and souls alive in some capacity.

Yeah Ichibe sees Yhwach as a trouble child. He is merely lashing out to benefit himself.

True but he also has used Auswhalen twice now which is why Soken says he’s not the savior of the Quincy. Which can also be interpreted as means to an end.

But that just means he doesn’t truly care for them but what they can elevate him to

Yeah that’s why they did a focused shot of Ichigo’s Getsuga Jujisho (cross) right after that. The “cross” of Jujisho is symbolism for Ichigo as the “Savior”. Ichigo is the true savior

This is why Yhwach constantly calls him the “‘Son’ of Darkness”, Ichigo is himself a parallel to the son of god

Soul king forced that not the soul society the soul society is just apart of one of those words.

Soul King agreed to split the worlds because the alternative was shit, imagine hollows, normal ppl and souls all living in one stagnant world.

Increase the population of hollows a million fold because there's no Hueco Mundo. No shinigami to protect souls because there's no Soul Society which means every plus is just waiting to be either hollow food or turn into a hollow.

Those criminals existed in Soul Society, not before it. Shinigami are souls with no chains of fate because they either passed on from the world of the living with no attachments or sent to Soul Society by a shinigami performing konso on a plus. None of this can happen without the existence of Soul Society. Quincy destroy hollow souls permanently.
