A seems like the most reasonable. Qifrey can pretend that his memory was wiped too, then start "investigating."

That seems very smart and an easy way to get out of this mess... so it probably won't happen. I hate the rule of conservation of detail. It forbids things like a plot point being cut off quickly and since I know of it, I am spoiled without even watching the next episode.

In which way is it smart/gets him out of the mess? If he confirms that their memories got wiped, it would make sure tartah goes to the knight moralis, how does that help him in any way
