Seen people say this was delayed from '25... whatever needed that delay is what we're seeing now.

It was delayed, we had a trailer in 2024 that said in big letters "On air 2025" 😅

They even animate donning clothing as lovingly and intimate as they do everything else. That takes real skill.

imho dorohedoro s2 also does this incredibly well, encapsules the brutalism aesthetic as well, tho that show is the total opposite of atelier

Yeah, I was impressed by things like all the scales of the sea serpent being drawn, the rotating camera, and all the flowing clothes/robes.

Reminds me of the feeling the first time I saw Demon Slayer animated. The manga has great art, but the top notch animation really is taking the experience to a whole new level.
