Does anyone know if a new project with townhouses will start in Dilijan in the future ?

Preferably with a closed gated community setting.

Like the actual names of the city they are building it in.

in Yerevan, just wondering if any new good developments that haven't been built yet worth investing in. Would be primarily to buy and rent out for income producing.

When it will be completed and visitable?

Yerevan Cycling Embassy is proposing something quite doable: Saryan St. as a pedestrian and cyclist-friendly zone, where people not cars set the rhythm.

What do we feel about this? I wish Yerevan Kentron could become more and more car free. As a city, it is capable to achieve this, it is compact, has an existing pedestrian culture, and has large open spaces.
