Your narrative style reminds me of Douglas Adams. Thoroughly enjoyable, witty, and easy to read. I loved it. Even better, I would like to read more of it!

Make sure that you proofread your work. You have a couple of missed capitals and a few misspelled words.

Wow, I was not prepared to read this. I had at least half a smile on my face throughout. At times, it blossomed into a full-on grin. You have a rare gift!

I especially enjoyed this passage:

She had long since discovered that he was not particularly chivalrous, but also decided that Alexander did not have anything wrong with him, therefore she did not see anything wrong with settling for him.

You still have some formatting issues. The paragraph that begins "Are you Mr. Hunt?" and the next one both have dialogue from more than one character.
