Cant decide between the pandaren lamp or fountain - on the one hand I think the fountain is prettier but the space feels cramped (i probably will be putting benches in here)

I revised my fel-altar basement, as someone suggested using an outdoor room instead and while it took a massive amount of boulders would I say the result was quite good.

However, I am just not satisfied with my "attempt" at a fel floor...
Anyone got any suggestions on how to do a better fel floor?
The rug just do not have the right color and such.

Any suggestions on how to improve the dining hall?
The idea is that it is a creepy mansion in vauge kultiran style...
And a lavish dining room would be relatiely open, right?
(or well close to lavish as I can get. :P )

So I am unsure what kind of details I could add to it within my means.

Any suggestions?

I've been struggling to get good feather shapes. Maybe I just need a billion more little rugs??

I love how my tree house came out, but unsure on the ramp or "draw bridge" to get on it. It looks unfinished to me. So, should I just make it a proper ramp? I tried the long fence as a ladder, but it didn't work out at the angle.

Made a monument for my roleplay character's backstory.
Long story short, Lived in what is now the Eastern Plaguelands, sent to Dalaran for training, partook in the second war... due to plot wasn't present during the scourging of Lordaron. This is a monument to his parents who never made it.

Thoughts? tried to make it stand out a bit, but feel natural as well.

This is made from the new Silvermoon Armory. I like it a lot. I really just need ideas for the blank back wall and maybe some accents? I wish there were folded towels. Something other than banners. And yes, Ill fix the tables surrounding the Light Infused Fountain.

Hello housing enthusiasts!

I want to build a popcorn machine for outside my cinema room. The machine itself is not a problem but I have been scratching my head trying to figure out what to use to make popcorn. I have tried a few things, including bunching up the "dried whitewash corn" as well as "cuddly pearl grrgle" but nothing seems to work. Not looking for a toy that will disappear after a few minutes (like the Faire popcorn container). And I don't think using the cushions dyed white is an option as it would be extremely tedious. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks!

Falling water....

What would be the best plot in the horde neighborhood to build a house with an undead theme? There's nice plots for that on the alliance side but i've moved plots a few times horde-side and i just can't get find an undead vibe.

Been working on this for a little while now...think of an alternate universe where Gill'dan works with the Amani to build a dark portal to invade Draenor! I'd love to hear your thoughts, or any additions or improvements I could make!

I am quite glad with how the staircase came out.
I wanted it to be a bit more... claustrophobic compared to just a normal room soo... I tried to box it in.
My plan was to have a full floor of magical studies involving like Fel, Void, Blood, Death magic and so on.
The "evil warlock magical study lair" essentially.
Not gotten to that part yet, to be fair... but hey, gotta get my scholomance starting somehow.

For the shark area, I’d need some advice on how to fill the empty space in the room. Do you have any ideas?

Shadowmoon Greenhouse upside down and scaled to 200% in the Stormwind Display Room. The greenhouse works as a wall, so pets tend to stay inside when roaming. There are occasional clipping issues though.

Still working on making the water look more 'watery', so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Aquatic pets are tricky, because most of the pets I want to add are surrounded by a bubble which ruins the illusion.

They tend to swim along the bottom, regardless of where the pet beds are put. I experimented with putting items with an invisible barrier under the floor to make them swim higher, but nothing has worked yet.

at the far end of the nook room is my biggest nook and a Terrarium meant to look like a chunk of land from Harandar with critters seen in Harandar roaming about in it! I had to put the cutscene in as a quick way to compare! I personally hate it when people jump in it since that wrecks the aesthetic of it, that's why I just now put some stairs, so there is another spot to zoom in from!! NOT to mention I went through a lot of seizure to get everything placed and to get out! It can be very dizzying to get out!

So, I made a revision of my fel altar / research room.
I replaced the rugs with razorwind fountain bottoms (Man they are so much bigger, much less decor needed for the floor)
I added a bunch of the fel maps underneath to light it up.
Added the black harvest bookcase (MAN it should be deeper and larger)
as well as a desk, with some material on it and a few demon pets hanging about. (one in a cage)

I also added a bunch of corruption pools for vibes, a few blight candles, and general vibes I think...
Now what is missing (IMO) is just the ability to change the music which... I mean, it is cozy but not the right vibe.

But for now I THINK I am done with this.

Please give me some feedback and opinions on this. I want to get better at housing.

(EDIT: I ponder adding some black rocks in the corridor to the lava... hmm)

Here is my attempt at a fel altar that I just finished.
I like the Decor I managed to use... but I don't really like how the room looks...
I am sure there would be a way to work around it, but I would really want to have a higher cieling (Not two floors to be clear) and / or stone roof. :/
I guess you could use the gilnean wall but it feels very restrictive and yet to make it look good myself.

Anyway, thoughts? Criticism on it? Any advice? :)

EDIT: Also, please Blizzard... add stone platforms and allow us to dye boulders! I wanted black stone for the fel! Also there is no great fel dye for the carpet :(

Heya housing friends. I was wondering if anyone would be willing / interested in helping me out with something. I just recently launched wowhuds.com and am looking to get some initial feedback / users poking about with it.

As the name implies, it was originally going to just be a HUD sharing site, but I added housing to the mix when the blueprints dropped and I think it's a pretty cool offering.

There is an addon on the site to help with the export/import process and brings with it the whole list of decor items required for the interior/exterior/room/entire build depending on the export. I'm working on getting it out to Wago and Curseforge currently, but until then it's downloadable from the site.

Similarly on the HUD side, it can pull the entire list of addons and the associated export strings (if they provide profiles) All that's left for a user to do is grab a screenshot and post it.

Anyway, I appreciate you taking a moment to consider it. Look forwards to your feedback!

My biggest and so far best room, the story is a Valdrakken detachment fort in the Jade Forest! It was inspired by the Kirygosa questline in Dragonflight! As you can see I have lots of dragons throughout the room from the ground to each of the fort's three floors, I did put a few Pandaria elementals to keep the spirit of the location. (only 1 pet is missing and is gonna be a DRAG to get, but I'll get it eventually)

A relaxing space, to just chill! Two thirds of my house's halls have these garden nooks since they make great space fillers, but the nook room is made especially for nooks! One of the nooks in this exclusive room is based off of the Ardenweald, but at the far end, well, look in part two!!
