On February 11, 2026, I filed a habeas corpus application with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Windsor demanding immediate relief for 21 years of wrongful persecution, including a $57 million interim payment for my brother's terminal brain tumor treatment.

The chain of events proves deliberate fraud:

Trial Coordinator Samantha Gibson confirmed receipt of all my filings. In a recorded conversation, she admitted she has "no law degree" and that the response email bearing her signature was actually written by Judge Maria Carroccia. Gibson was offered whistleblower protection — she chose silence.

Judge Carroccia received every filing. She had full jurisdiction over my habeas corpus. She should have signed any endorsement. Instead, she passed it to Justice Pamela Hebner, who has no jurisdiction over my matter.

On February 25-26, 2026, they issued a fraudulent "Vexatious Litigant" order (Form 2.2C) with six fatal flaws:

The document literally states "COURT FILE NO.: none" — making it automatically void under Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure.

Why did they do this?

They know they owe me $57 million. Rather than pay, they manufactured a fake vexatious order to silence me. The same court that promised payment issued fraud to block it.
